The electoral college has been part of the USA election system since 1804. In the midst of the 2020 elections we ask ourselves - Does our vote count? Does it matter? And maybe our vote might not count in the way we think it does. What then about the popular vote? All of these questions and more are discussed as we attempt to explain the electoral college in our own words.
